AGREEMENT

BETWEEN

QIBLATAYN INTERNATIONAL TRAVELS AND TOURS

AND

INTENDING PILGRIMS

This Agreement is made on ..........................., by and between QIBLATAYN International Travels (hereinafter referred to as "QIBLATAYN"), with its principal place of business at [Suit 07 Wilfox Plaza, Plot 780 Wuye District Abuja FCT], and ...................................................... (hereinafter referred to as "Pilgrim"), residing at ..............................................

WHEREAS, QIBLATAYN is engaged in the business of organizing and facilitating travel for Hajj and Umrah;

AND WHEREAS, the Pilgrim desires to perform Hajj/Umrah and seeks the services of QIBLATAYN for this purpose;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. SERVICES PROVIDED BY QIBLATAYN

1.1 Travel Arrangements: QIBLATAYN will arrange for round-trip airfare from [Departure City] to Jeddah/Madinah, including domestic flights within Saudi Arabia if necessary.

1.2 Accommodation: QIBLATAYN will provide accommodation for the Pilgrim in Makkah, Madinah, and other necessary locations during the Hajj/Umrah journey.

1.3 Transportation: QIBLATAYN will arrange ground transportation within Saudi Arabia, including transfers between airports, hotels, and holy sites.

1.4 Guidance and Support: QIBLATAYN will provide experienced guides to assist the Pilgrim in performing the rituals of Hajj/Umrah correctly and will offer support throughout the journey.

1.5 Meals: QIBLATAYN will provide meals as per the package selected by the Pilgrim.

1.6 Visa Processing: QIBLATAYN will assist in the processing of Hajj/Umrah visas for the Pilgrim.

1.7 Media Consent: Qiblatayn takes photographs and videos of pilgrims during the trips, which may be posted on our website or social media pages. By signing this agreement, the Pilgrim consents to the use of their image for these purposes.

1.8 Controls over Services: Qiblatayn collects funds from pilgrims and remits them to the Saudi Arabia Authority. Qiblatayn does not have control over:

• Transportation from the airport upon arrival in Saudi Arabia.
• Transport to and from Minna.
• Transport back to the airport.
• All feeding and accommodation arrangements in Minna and other arrangements in Minna.

2. PILGRIM'S RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Payment: The Pilgrim agrees to pay the total amount of [Total Amount] for the chosen package in accordance with the payment schedule provided by QIBLATAYN.

2.2 Documentation: The Pilgrim agrees to provide all necessary documentation required for visa processing, including a valid passport, recent photographs, and any other documents specified by QIBLATAYN.

2.3 Compliance: The Pilgrim agrees to comply with all instructions provided by QIBLATAYN's guides and to adhere to the rules and regulations of Saudi Arabia.

2.4 Health: The Pilgrim agrees to undertake necessary health precautions and vaccinations as recommended or required for travel to Saudi Arabia.

2.5 Behavior: The Pilgrim agrees to conduct themselves in a manner respectful of local customs and religious practices.

3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

3.1 Cancellation by Pilgrim: If the Pilgrim cancels their participation, they may be entitled to a partial refund based on the cancellation policy outlined by QIBLATAYN, which will depend on the timing of the cancellation and costs already incurred.

3.2 Cancellation by QIBLATAYN: If QIBLATAYN cancels the trip for any reason, the Pilgrim will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made.

4. LIABILITY

4.1 Responsibility: QIBLATAYN will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from acts of God, acts of governments, or any other events beyond its control.

4.2 Insurance: The Pilgrim is advised to obtain travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other potential risks, in addition to the insurance provided by the Saudi authority that comes with the visa.

4.3 Responsibility for Missed Flights: Qiblatayn is not responsible for any missed flights. Pilgrims must ensure timely arrival at the airport and compliance with all airline schedules and guidelines.

4.4 Pilgrims are advised to keep their luggage with them at all times. Qiblatayn is not responsible and will not be liable for lost or damaged luggage.

5. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

7. AMENDMENTS

This Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument signed by both parties.
